A Jersey City man drowned in the ocean off the Spring Lake beachfront on Sunday.

Casagrande resigns as administrator
SPRING LAKE HEIGHTS — Borough Administrator Theresa Casagrande announced she is resigning from that position effective Sept. 1, at Monday night’s council meeting, here.
